Darel qualified out of Bournemouth University, after a career in the military. He spent time working in broad range of physiotherapy disciplines. He is currently working for the NHS, at senior level, in the musculoskeletal outpatients department.

Darel has a special interest in biomechanics and restoration of natural human movement through manual therapy and evidence based modalities. Darel has been involved in treating sports injuries in the acute and long term phases of rehab and enjoys the challenge of supporting people back into their sport of choice. Darel also treats neck and back conditions following injury or office based immobility using manual techniques, massage and exercise management.

He has a background in research, into the effects of movement on our joint health. Darel has attended post graduate courses in acupuncture, chronic pain management and ergonomics. In addition, Darel ensures he keeps his knowledge and skills up-to-date with most current evidence in line with continuing professional development requirements of the HCPC. He has also worked with elderly patients treating osteoarthritic conditions.
He has regularly treated the X factor participants to get them back on their show as our clinic is used by the X factor participants every year.


 


Claudia has qualified over 10 years ago and been working in the Musculoskeletal field of physiotherapy since then. She is passionate about treating  neck and lower back  pain.

Joseph graduated in BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2014 from Huddersfield University. During his training he gained invaluable experience working with the Huddersfield Giants Rugby League team before moving back South going straight into a job at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge. He has completed numerous rotations increasing his knowledge across a vast array of conditions, but chose to specialise in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal therapy. He currently works at senior level for the Royal Free London NHS Trust and will shortly be moving to work in the brand new Chase Farm Elective Hospital opening this coming July.

He has completed further courses on back pain, spinal injuries and pain management  and will be completing x-ray interpretation, acupuncture and taping.

Other Interests; Travelling, Football ( season passholder :) ), Running and Skiing.




​​Mahesh graduated in 2000 after which he spent 1year volunteering as a physiotherapist for national games in India, before working  in the U.K. He worked as a physiotherapist in Several NHS trusts up North and London Hospitals Including Euston, Enfield , Epping and  Herts and Essex NHS trusts but his main passion and experience has always  been in musculoskeletal practice.  


He mainly specialises in treating Shoulders and Lower Backs. Mahesh has Completed post grad courses in Acupuncture, Neurodynamics, Osteopathic Techniques , Muscle Imbalance and still continuously update his knowledge from reading and attending regular CPD updates. Regularly participates in ongoing CPD activities both teaching and learning 


​His  other interests would be playing table tennis ,  Badminton  and playing foodball with his 4 year old son. Mahesh is also trying to learn jujitsu for self defence. One thing you dont know about our clinic is our clinic has

always been used by the X factor participants every year.
